Kate Thorman is a Californian by birth, New Yorker at heart, and Londoner thanks to a twist of fate. An experienced journalist and travel writer, her screenwriting work centres on coming-of-age stories about women of all ages.

She has a range of scripts in development.  Her drama pilot HOMEGROWN was an official selection at the 2018 New York Television Festival and named the best original drama script in the 2019 CineStory TV Fellowship.
