Amy is an award-winning screenwriter with an MA in Professional Writing.
She was selected as part of the BFI Network x BAFTA Crew 2021 as well being selected and awarded a bursary from Final Draft to be part of the London Screenwriters’ Festival Talent Campus 2017. Her screenplay ROAD GIRL has won ‘Best UK Feature Screenplay’ at New Renaissance Film Festival as well as ‘Best Live Script’ at The British Urban Film Festival, where she cast and directed a 20 minute segment of the script to a live audience.
She's passionate about exploring psychology in character development, finding stories from unheard voices, tackling taboo subjects, true stories and loves drama with a bit of grit and underlying social comment.
Her original drama series CROSSED LINES is in development with Free@Last TV.
